1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms apply solely to your use of this website and its content. They do not, by themselves, create a freight forwarding, carriage, agency, customs brokerage, warehousing, insurance, inspection, procurement, delivery, or other service contract.

You represent that you have legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you use the website for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.

2. Important Notice: Information Is Indicative Only

Website information does not constitute a quotation, booking confirmation, final transportation commitment, guarantee, warranty, or binding offer by EUNO.

All website content--including information about routes, rates, surcharges, schedules, departure or arrival dates, transit times, capacity, equipment availability, customs requirements or guidance, regulatory matters, taxes, duties, documentation, service descriptions, destination capabilities, and delivery options--is general or indicative only. It may change without notice and may depend on cargo details, carrier acceptance, capacity, market conditions, port or terminal operations, customs decisions, government action, destination resources, force majeure events, and third-party performance.

A shipment is subject to feasibility review, complete and accurate cargo information, compliance checks, provider and carrier confirmation, local importer arrangements where required, rate and capacity reconfirmation, credit approval, payment, and EUNO's written acceptance.

If website content conflicts with a signed contract, accepted quotation, shipment order, booking confirmation, statement of work, or another formal written agreement accepted by EUNO, that formal written agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.

Customs and regulatory content is general operational information, not legal, tax, customs, sanctions, export-control, or compliance advice. You must obtain advice from qualified professionals and confirm requirements with the relevant authorities.

3. Permitted Use of Information

Subject to these Terms, EUNO grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the website for lawful internal business evaluation, including assessing whether to request information or services from EUNO.

You may print or save reasonable extracts for your internal, non-commercial reference, provided that you keep all copyright, trademark, confidentiality, and proprietary notices intact. No other license or right is granted.

You are responsible for independently verifying information before relying on it or making procurement, sales, production, transport, customs, financial, insurance, or other decisions.

4. Intellectual Property

The website and its text, graphics, logos, trade names, service marks, photographs, videos, layouts, databases, downloadable materials, and other content are owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by EUNO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited permission in Section 3, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, translate, republish, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit website content without EUNO's prior written consent. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may contain links to or information from carriers, ports, terminals, warehouses, customs authorities, government agencies, insurers, inspectors, overseas agents, mapping providers, or other third parties. Such links and references are provided for convenience only.

EUNO does not control, endorse, or guarantee third-party websites, content, security, availability, privacy practices, products, or services. Your use of third-party resources is at your own risk and is governed by the third party's terms and policies.

6. Information You Provide

Information submitted through the website must be lawful, accurate, complete, and not misleading. You must have authority to provide it and must not submit information that infringes another person's rights or contains unlawful, malicious, controlled, or unnecessarily sensitive data.

Submission of an inquiry does not require EUNO to quote, accept cargo, reserve capacity, provide credit, or perform services. EUNO may request cargo specifications, dimensions, weight, packaging, value, HS code, safety data sheets, technical information, end-use and end-user details, photographs, drawings, permits, or other documents before deciding whether a request is feasible and compliant.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or sanctions-evading purpose;
  • submit false cargo descriptions, values, HS codes, specifications, end-use or end-user information, dangerous-goods data, permits, or other documents;
  • interfere with website operation, security, access controls, servers, or networks, or introduce malware or harmful code;
  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, source code, or restricted areas;
  • scrape, crawl, harvest, index, or extract website content by automated means without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law;
  • reverse engineer, probe, test, circumvent, disable, or overload any website feature or security measure;
  • impersonate another person, misrepresent affiliation, or use the website to transmit spam or unsolicited promotions;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or other rights; or
  • use website content to create a competing database, rate service, or commercial product.

8. Website Availability and Changes

EUNO may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free access, or that content will always be complete, accurate, current, or free from harmful components.

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." EUNO disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, currency, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security, and availability.

Nothing on the website guarantees customs clearance, regulatory approval, carrier acceptance, cargo safety, capacity, a particular route, schedule, transit time, delivery date, landed cost, or commercial outcome.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EUNO and its directors, officers, employees, representatives, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from or relating to the website or reliance on its content, including loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, data, anticipated savings, or use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EUNO's aggregate liability arising from or relating solely to your access to or use of the website will not exceed [INSERT LIABILITY CAP AND CURRENCY].

These exclusions and limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability relating to an accepted shipment or contracted service is governed by the applicable signed contract, accepted quotation, shipment order, transport document, mandatory convention, and applicable law--not these website Terms alone.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless EUNO and its directors, officers, employees, and representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, your breach of these Terms, or false, unauthorized, or infringing information submitted by you.

12. Suspension and Termination

EUNO may block, suspend, or terminate access where it reasonably believes that these Terms have been breached, the website or another person is at risk, or action is required by law or a competent authority. Provisions intended by their nature to survive will remain effective after termination.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction -- Counsel to Complete

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from or relating to them are governed by the laws of [INSERT GOVERNING LAW], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Subject to any agreed dispute-resolution procedure, the courts of [INSERT EXCLUSIVE OR NON-EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE] will have [INSERT EXCLUSIVE OR NON-EXCLUSIVE] jurisdiction.

This section is an unresolved placeholder and must be completed and approved by qualified legal counsel before publication or use.

14. General Provisions

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign rights under these Terms without EUNO's prior written consent.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement concerning website use, but they do not replace or modify any signed contract, accepted quotation, shipment order, or other formal written agreement governing EUNO's services.
