How We Work
One accountable logistics integrator
EUNO operates as an asset-light logistics integrator. We contract with customers, procure suitable carriers and service providers, and coordinate the parties needed to execute each shipment. Our role is to manage the logistics plan, supplier costs, schedules, milestones, communications, and exceptions across the transportation chain.
Rather than limiting a project to a single transport mode, we assess the cargo, route, packaging, timing, customs requirements, and destination capability before recommending an executable solution. Firm quotations depend on confirmed cargo information, available capacity, local customs rules, a validated destination agent, and final-mile capability.

Special forms require further review. Export-control status depends on specifications, form, technical data, end user, and end use--not on the metal name alone. Metal powders require appropriate SDS, classification evidence, and carrier confirmation.

Flexible shipment structures
Solutions may cover LCL, FCL, heavy cargo, oversized cargo, and project shipments under EXW, FOB, CFR/CIF, DAP, or DDP terms. Scope can range from port-to-port to door-to-door, subject to feasibility and local legal requirements.

Defined service and liability boundaries
Clear responsibilities protect every party and help keep complex industrial shipments executable.
Purchasing and product responsibility
Customers select, contract with, and pay factories. EUNO does not finance goods or assume responsibility for product quality, manufacturing, or production performance.
Cargo information and compliance
Logistics checks are not product acceptance. Customers and factories remain responsible for accurate cargo data, lawful goods, declarations, technical information, and supporting documents.
Equipment services
For complex cargo, EUNO may coordinate surveys, special vehicles, cranes, reinforcement, lashing, or loading supervision. EUNO does not install, commission, or technically accept equipment.
Insurance, claims, and compensation
Insurance, third-party inspection, investigation, and claim support may be arranged as optional services. Insurance decisions should be confirmed in writing. Compensation is governed by the applicable contract, insurance coverage, and legal liability.
DAP and DDP requirements
Under DAP, the buyer normally handles import clearance and taxes. DDP requires a lawful local importer and confirmed destination capability. If the seller cannot lawfully import, a compliant importer or DAP structure is required.
